In the Renewal of the Church

In the movement of the renewal of the Church initiated by the Council Vatican II lay people received a call to be more committed for holiness, to be more participant to the building up of the Civilization of love and to work for Evangelization.

After the prayer of Pope Paul VI who interceded for a New Pentecost upon the Church, some lay people chose to dedicate all their life to God and to serve Him in His Church.

The Community of the Beatitudes was born in that current.
