The Cure of Ars: his message

man of Eucharistic

He spent whole nights in prayer in front of the Blessed Sacrament, in his church. "The food of the heart, it is the body and the blood of God... Live of him in order to live for him "

man of Forgiveness

In the last years of his life, he confessed more than 16 hours per day. "The Good God is always been willing to receive us... His greater pleasure is to forgive us... "

He lived the offering of himself deeply and used to feel himself happy only when he could remain in the church to request. "The man is a poor who needs all to ask God. When you pray, you know that the Lord is there "

model of the Priests

He was declared " Patron saint of all the priests of the universe " and he is a model of pastoral charity. "I would like to gain hearts with good God... It is the priest who continues the work of the redemption on the ground... The priest is not a priest for him... He is not for him, he is for you.

Some thoughts of the Holy Curé of ARS:

Oh! how I love those words said the first thing in the morning: I will do and suffer everything this day for the Glory of God...nothing for the world or personal interest, all to please my Savior! - Counsel (T.).
